Delicious blueberry muffins with a tender, moist texture and a burst of juicy blueberries in every bite.

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and allow it to fully preheat.
  2. Combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients; gently combine until just mixed.
  5. Fold in the blueberries carefully.
  6. Prepare a muffin tin with grease or paper liners and divide the batter among the cups.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool the muffins in the tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
