Flavorful and easy sheet pan fajitas bring together tender chicken, crisp bell peppers, and caramelized onions for a delightful meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell pepper, onion, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well coated.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
  5. Serve with warm tortillas and fresh lime wedges.

Notes
