  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings (e.g., blueberries, chocolate chips, maple syrup)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and generously grease a rimmed baking sheet to prevent sticking.
  2. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl until well blended.
  4. Incorporate the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
  5. Spread the batter onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer.
