  • 2 bell peppers (red and green, sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Optional: crushed red pepper for heat

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the sausages, bell peppers, and onion on a large sheet pan.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Arrange the sausages and veggies in a single layer on the sheet pan.
