A quick and flavorful one-pan meal featuring Italian sausage and vibrant vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the sausage, chopped bell pepper, zucchini, red onion, and broccoli in a large bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the mixture and toss well.
  4. Spread the mixture onto a sheet pan in a single layer.
