Easy and flavorful sheet pan steak fajitas that bring familia together for a feast.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound flank steak, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced (any color)
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas, for serving
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, avocado, cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine steak, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the mixture in a single layer on a sheet pan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and vegetables are tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
  6. Serve with warm tortillas and your choice of toppings.

Notes

Great with a side of black beans or a fresh corn salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
