  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, minced

Instructions

  1. Marinate the shrimp by combining it with lime juice in a bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and opaque.
  2. Drain excess lime juice, leaving a little for flavor.
  3. Add the red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt to the shrimp.
