  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (plus extra for the skillet)

Instructions

  1. Gather the dry ingredients in a large bowl, combining all-purpose flour, chopped fresh rosemary, sea salt, and baking powder thoroughly.
  2. Create the dough by pouring in water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, then stir until a cohesive dough forms.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of olive oil to lightly coat the bottom.
  4. Shape the dough on a floured surface into a round loaf to fit in the skillet.
  5. Cook the first side for 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Flip the bread and cook the other side for another 5 to 7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  7. Cool slightly before slicing and enjoy warm or at room temperature.
