A simple and savory slow cooker recipe for tender and juicy salsa chicken, perfect for busy families.

  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup corn (optional)
  • 1 cup black beans (optional)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Tortillas for serving

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour salsa over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle taco seasoning on top.
  4. Add optional corn and black beans.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken with two forks.
