- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 package chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 package Oreos
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, water, and egg in a bowl.
- Spread half of the brownie batter in a greased baking pan.
- Layer the Oreos atop the brownie batter.
- Dollop the chocolate chip cookie dough evenly over the Oreos.
- Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cookie dough.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Cool and slice into squares.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
