A delightful fusion of smash burgers and tacos, featuring juicy beef patties wrapped in warm tortillas with fresh toppings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onions, diced
  • Ketchup and mustard to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions and shape them into balls.
  3. Place each ball on the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to form thin patties.
  4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Warm the tortillas on a separate skillet.
  6. Once the burgers are cooked, place each patty on a tortilla.
  7. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, shredded cheese, chopped pickles, and diced onions.
  8. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
  9. Fold the tortillas to close and serve warm.
