A delicious combination of smash burgers and tacos, delivering flavor and crunch in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 4 Taco shells
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • 1 cup Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • Pickles, as needed
  • Condiments (such as ketchup and mustard), as needed

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Form small balls of ground beef about the size of a golf ball.
  3. Smash the balls in the skillet with a spatula to form thin patties.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  5. Warm taco shells in a separate pan or oven.
  6. Assemble tacos with a smashed burger patty, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, onions, pickles, and condiments.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, add garlic or onion to the beef mixture. Customize with your favorite toppings!
