  • 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup smoky BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients. In your kitchen, start by collecting all the ingredients.
  2. Combine the frozen meatballs, pasta, chicken broth, BBQ sauce, heavy cream, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large pot or Dutch oven.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
  4. Simmer by reducing heat to medium-low, covering, and letting it cook for about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Add in the cheddar and mozzarella cheese and stir until completely melted.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with freshly chopped parsley.

Notes
