Relive the nostalgic joy of campfire s’mores with these easy-to-make S’mores Bars, packed with gooey marshmallows, rich chocolate, and a graham cracker crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Whisk together the flour, salt, eggs, and vanilla in a separate bowl. Pour over the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows over the batter.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and set.
  6. Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.

Notes

For cleaner cuts, chill the bars in the fridge for about 30 minutes before slicing. Feel free to customize with nuts or fruit.
