Delicious and chewy S’mores Cookie Bars combining the flavors of graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows into a shareable dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup Brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • to taste Extra chocolate chips and marshmallows for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  3. Combine the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, graham cracker crumbs, and salt in another bowl.
  6. Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  8. Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  9. Sprinkle extra chocolate chips and marshmallows on top.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden.
  11. Cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes, then slice into squares.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or alongside cold milk.
