  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Powdered sugar for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Place the cubed sourdough bread evenly in the greased baking dish.
