Crispy and flavorful spicy buffalo chicken egg rolls, perfect for gatherings and easy to make in an air fryer.

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray or oil for misting

Instructions

  1. Combine the Filling: In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
  2. Assemble the Egg Rolls: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface with a corner facing you.
  3. Add the Filling: Place about 2 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold and Roll: Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll up tightly to create a sealed egg roll.
  5. Repeat the Process: Continue with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Prepare the Egg Rolls for Cooking: Lightly spray or brush the egg rolls with cooking spray or oil.
  8. Arrange in the Air Fryer: Place the egg rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  9. Air Fry to Perfection: Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  10. Serve and Enjoy: Serve with additional buffalo sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
