A creamy fettuccine Alfredo dish with a spicy Cajun twist, perfect for cozy dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 12 ounces cooked fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken breast and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the chicken turns golden brown and is cooked through. Once done, remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in the same skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, allowing its irresistible aroma to fill the air.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer. Stir frequently, then add the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until it blends beautifully into a smooth sauce. Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper to taste!
  4. Toss the cooked fettuccine into the creamy sauce, making sure every strand is generously coated.
  5. Mix in the cooked Cajun chicken until everything is evenly combined. The colors and aromas will have you convinced you’ve just created a masterpiece!
  6. Serve immediately, beautifully garnished with chopped parsley for that fresh touch.
