A quick and flavorful dish featuring Cajun spiced chicken tossed in a creamy Alfredo sauce over fettuccine pasta, perfect for a cozy dinner.

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 12 ounces cooked fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breasts and Cajun seasoning. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  4. Melt the butter in the same skillet and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until smooth, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  7. Toss the cooked fettuccine into the sauce until coated.
