A delightful and nutritious frittata made with fresh spinach and crumbled feta cheese, perfect for breakfast or any meal of the day.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the onion in olive oil over medium heat until translucent.
  3. Cook the chopped spinach until wilted.
  4. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  5. Stir in the crumbled feta cheese, spinach, and onions.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe skillet or dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and lightly golden on top.
  8. Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
