A creamy and cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip that’s perfect for gatherings, packed with flavor and easy to make.

  • 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well blended and creamy.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a suitable baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly, with a lovely golden top.
  5. Serve warm with your favorite tortilla chips, crunchy crackers, or slices of bread.

Notes

For a spicy kick, consider mixing in jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce. Use Greek yogurt as a lighter alternative to sour cream and mayonnaise.
