Tender chicken breasts stuffed with a creamy filling of spinach, feta cheese, and garlic, baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a skillet.
  3. Add the minced garlic and chopped spinach, sautéing until wilted (3-4 minutes).
  4. Combine the sautéed spinach with feta, cream cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  5. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast.
  6. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach-feta mixture.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Notes

For added flavor, try using fresh herbs or mix in sun-dried tomatoes.
