Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Cube the Steak: Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes, ensuring they are uniformly sized for even cooking!
  2. Parboil the Potatoes: Parboil the potatoes until they are slightly tender, then let them cool before cutting them into chunks.
  3. Chop the Vegetables: Cut the bell pepper and onion into pieces that match the size of your steak and potato chunks.
  4. Mix the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add the ingredients: Add the steak, potatoes, bell pepper, and onion. Toss until well coated.
  6. Assemble the Kabobs: Thread the steak, potatoes, bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers alternately.
  7. Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  8. Grill the Kabobs: Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  9. Serve Hot: Remove from the grill and enjoy!

Notes

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before using to prevent burning on the grill.
