Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye)
  • 2 large potatoes (diced)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  5. Cook the steak to your desired doneness, flipping once for an even char.
  6. Sprinkle minced garlic over the steak and potatoes in the last few minutes of cooking.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve hot.
