A delightful dish featuring succulent steak bites paired with roasted baby potatoes, perfect for a comforting dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes.
  3. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  4. Sear the steak bites in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Combine the potatoes and steak bites on the baking sheet.
  6. Toss gently and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving hot.
