  • 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1 lb sausage (Italian or your preferred type)
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant.
  3. Brown the chicken thighs and sausages in the skillet until beautifully browned.
  4. Prepare the sticky sauce by whisking together soy sauce and honey, then pour it over the chicken and sausage.
  5. Simmer the mixture until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky, about 5-10 minutes.
  6. Mix in the cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a touch of heat, add red pepper flakes; can substitute chicken for shrimp or tofu for variation.
