A comforting pasta dish enveloped in a sticky, sweet, and savory teriyaki sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 12 oz spaghetti or noodles of your choice
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the cooked chicken along with the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the teriyaki sauce, honey, and mixed vegetables, then let simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Carefully add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until coated.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for quicker prep. You can also add other vegetables based on preference.
