Delicious cinnamon rolls filled with creamy cheesecake and topped with fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 package cinnamon roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to cinnamon roll package instructions.
  2. Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
  4. Add the chopped strawberries over the cream cheese and drizzle with strawberry preserves.
  5. Roll the dough tightly and slice it into 8 equally-sized rolls.
  6. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and brush the tops with melted butter.
  7. Bake according to cinnamon roll package instructions until golden brown.
  8. Cool the rolls slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Enhance with powdered sugar or whipped cream. Excellent with coffee or milk.
