  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped strawberries and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden around the edges.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Ensure your butter and cream cheese are at room temperature for easier creaming. Don’t overmix the dough once you add flour for tender cookies.
