A delightful no-bake Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie that combines creamy goodness and fresh strawberries, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  3. Arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the cream cheese filling.
  4. Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the strawberries.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
