A delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy vanilla pudding, fresh strawberries, and decadent chocolate frosting.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup of whipped topping (Cool Whip)
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. Whisk the milk and vanilla pudding mix together until smooth and thickened.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Start layering graham crackers to cover the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  5. Layer in the sliced strawberries on top of the pudding.
  6. Repeat the layers with graham crackers, pudding, and strawberries.
  7. Finish with a final layer of graham crackers on top.
  8. Spread chocolate frosting over the top layer.
  9. Chill and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled with a sprinkle of additional sliced strawberries on top. Pairs great with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
