- 1 box of graham crackers
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 cup of whipped topping (Cool Whip)
- 2 cups of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup of chocolate frosting
Instructions
- Whisk the milk and vanilla pudding mix together until smooth and thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Start layering graham crackers to cover the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread half of the pudding mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
- Layer in the sliced strawberries on top of the pudding.
- Repeat the layers with graham crackers, pudding, and strawberries.
- Finish with a final layer of graham crackers on top.
- Spread chocolate frosting over the top layer.
- Chill and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled with a sprinkle of additional sliced strawberries on top. Pairs great with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
