A delightful treat pairing sweet strawberries with creamy Greek yogurt and rich dark chocolate, perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the Greek yogurt with honey and vanilla extract in a bowl if using.
  3. Coat each strawberry half in the yogurt mixture.
  4. Arrange the yogurt-covered strawberries on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt-coated strawberries.
  7. Freeze the baking sheet for about 2-3 hours until the yogurt is set.
  8. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
