Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces spaghetti or pasta of your choice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté the garlic in olive oil over medium heat until fragrant, about a minute.
  3. Cook the chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Create the sauce by adding honey to the skillet, letting it bubble, then adding the pepper jack cheese and stirring until smooth.
  5. Combine the chicken and pasta with the sauce, tossing to coat.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
