  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 pound sausage (cooked and crumbled)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: diced vegetables (like bell peppers or onions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  3. Grease a baking dish and layer the frozen tater tots on the bottom.
  4. Spread the cooked sausage and any optional diced vegetables over the tater tots.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots and sausage.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese generously over the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and cheese is bubbly.
