  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 head of lettuce (iceberg or butter lettuce)
  • Chopped peanuts (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing until they soften and become fragrant.
  2. Add the ground chicken to the skillet, cooking it until it’s browned and fully cooked through, ensuring no pink remains.
  3. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar, combining everything well. Let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes so the flavors meld together beautifully.
