A creamy and cheesy dip made with Rotel tomatoes and ground beef, perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into chunks until cooked through.
  2. Drain the excess fat from the beef.
  3. Add Rotel tomatoes and cream cheese to the skillet, stirring continuously until the cheese melts and combines.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the mixture, stirring until completely melted.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

For extra heat, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
