A vibrant and flavorful dish featuring tender tilapia fillets bathed in a roasted red pepper sauce with garlic and paprika.

  • 2 roasted red peppers, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped roasted red peppers and paprika to the skillet, mixing well.
  4. Season the tilapia fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  5. Place the seasoned tilapia fillets in a greased baking dish and pour the roasted pepper sauce over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  7. Garnish your dish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
