Ingredients

  • Ravioli (fresh or frozen)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Eggs
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Oil (for frying)
  • Marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to the package instructions. Once they’re perfectly al dente, let them cool slightly.
  2. Prepare the breadcrumb mixture by mixing together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  3. Bathe each ravioli into beaten eggs, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Coat the egg-washed ravioli in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure an even layer.
  5. Fry the breaded ravioli in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Drain the ravioli on paper towels and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For a baked option, drizzle with olive oil and bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
