An indulgent dessert featuring layers of rich brownie, velvety chocolate mousse, and glossy ganache.

  • 1 cup dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate
  • 1 cup heavy cream (for mousse)
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a round baking pan.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together until smooth.
  3. Stir in sugar, then add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Gently fold in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into your prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
  6. Melt the milk chocolate and white chocolate separately until smooth.
  7. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream.
  8. Pour the mousse over the cooled brownie base. Cover and refrigerate until set.
  9. Top with a layer of chocolate ganache before serving.

For best results, use high-quality chocolate and ensure all ingredients are at room temperature.
