A refreshing dish that combines creamy avocado with a protein-packed tuna filling, perfect for a light lunch or elegant appetizer.

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 can of tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped celery (optional)
  • Chopped onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut and prepare the avocados by slicing them in half and carefully removing the pits, setting aside the skin.
  2. Create the tuna mixture by mixing the drained tuna with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. You may add chopped celery and onion for extra crunch.
  3. Fill the avocado halves with generous portions of the tuna mixture.
