  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Tortilla chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned, draining any excess fat.
  2. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to package instructions.
  3. Combine the lettuce, tomatoes, black beans, corn, and cheese in a large salad bowl.
  4. Add the cooked turkey to the salad.
  5. Top with diced avocado, salsa, and sour cream.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips if desired for that extra crunch!
