Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Melt the Butter In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat until it’s beautifully golden and fragrant.
  2. Sauté the Garlic Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant, filling your kitchen with warm, inviting aromas.
  3. Cook the Cherry Tomatoes Add the cherry tomatoes and let them cook until they soften, which should take about 3-4 minutes. Watch as they burst with flavor!
  4. Stir in the Spinach Gently fold in the spinach and cook until wilted, infusing the dish with a beautiful green color and extra nutrients.
  5. Mix in the Cream and Seasonings Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, mixing well to create that luscious sauce we all love.
  6. Season the Sauce Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper to taste, allowing those seasoning flavors to shine through.
  7. Cook the Salmon Push the sauce to the sides of the skillet, then carefully lay the salmon fillets skin-side down. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the salmon is perfectly cooked through.
  8. Garnish and Serve Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately, letting the colors and aromas entice everyone around the table.
