  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha or other hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the creamy vegan mayonnaise, luscious sweet chili sauce, and that zesty kick of sriracha. If you’re feeling adventurous, add the maple syrup.
  2. Add in the fresh lime juice for brightness.
  3. Whisk until smooth and well combined for that silky texture.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt or more lime juice if needed.
  5. Serve it over crispy bang bang cauliflower, tofu, or drizzle over broccoli and enjoy!
