Decadently fudge-like Vegan Brownies that are rich, chocolatey, and made without eggs or dairy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, non-dairy milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing into squares.

Notes

Serve warm with vegan vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce for an indulgent dessert. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
