A decadent vegan chocolate pie made with firm tofu and dark chocolate, providing a creamy filling that’s indulgent yet guilt-free.

  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pre-made pie crust (vegan)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to pie crust instructions.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  3. Blend the firm tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until completely smooth.
  4. Pour the chocolate filling into the pre-made pie crust and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until set.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
