Delicious and fluffy Vegan Garlic Biscuits, perfect for any meal or snack with a hint of roasted garlic and nutritional yeast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and nutritional yeast in a large bowl.
  3. Prepare the wet mixture by whisking together melted vegan butter, almond milk, and garlic powder in a separate bowl.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
  5. Form about 12 biscuits on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Optional: Brush with vegan butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
