  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 cup vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk together.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until a dough begins to form.
  4. Shape the dough into a loaf and wrap it tightly in aluminum foil.
  5. Steam the wrapped loaf for about 50 minutes.
  6. Cool the loaf before slicing and serving.
