A refreshing, healthy summer treat made with juicy watermelon, creamy Greek yogurt, and a medley of mixed berries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Slice the watermelon into rounds about 1 inch thick.
  2. Arrange the watermelon slices on a serving platter.
  3. Spread the Greek yogurt evenly over each slice of watermelon.
  4. Drizzle honey generously over the yogurt.
  5. Top with mixed berries, customizing each slice.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
