A refreshing watermelon smoothie featuring juicy watermelon, strawberries, and creamy vegan yogurt, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon, diced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled
  • 1 cup vegan yogurt
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients. Dice the watermelon into cubes and hull the strawberries.
  2. Combine in the blender, mixing the diced watermelon, strawberries, vegan yogurt, and lime juice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Chill it up by adding ice cubes if desired and blend again.
  5. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for up to 24 hours in an airtight container in the fridge.
