A refreshing and easy-to-make watermelon sorbet, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup coconut water

Instructions

  1. Prepare watermelon cubes by cutting off the rind and chopping into cubes.
  2. Fill a Ninja Creami pint container with diced watermelon to the max fill line.
  3. Add coconut water into the cup, filling it to the max fill line.
  4. Freeze the pint overnight for 12-24 hours.
  5. Prepare for spinning by microwaving the pint for 30 seconds or running under hot water.
  6. Spin the pint in the Ninja Creami machine on the sorbet setting.
  7. Re-spin if necessary for a smooth texture.

Notes

Make sure to choose a ripe watermelon for the best flavor. You can also add lime juice or mint for variation.
